If you need assistance from the nurse ask. The doors are closed and they are busy, they assume if you don't ring for their assistance you are resting and pain free.

Staff were very approachable and professional, I felt I could ask them anything, nothing was too much trouble.

Renacres was the most comfortable hospital I have been in, every member of staff from the lady who brought the tea round was excellent, every nurse had a smile on their face, was very caring and understanding and nothing was too much trouble, I felt as though I was getting 5 star treatment from everyone, hope they maintain these standards long into the future.

The nursing staff and physiotherapists could not have done more to care for me.

I can't comment about other departments but if advised to undergo hip or knee replacement, get a second professional opinion and if they agree use Aintree hospital for the best treatment by Mr Scott

Amazing staff! Especially Kyra, Karen, Alison and Vicky who looked after me! They couldn't do enough for you and Kyra stayed back 4hrs after her shift to help me...I was speechless! If I could give them 10 stars I would!!

Although I was NHS referred, I was treated exactly the same as private patients.
Lovely setting too. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

I had knee replacement surgery on two occasions at this hospital. The staff were excellent at all times and I was very grateful for the wonderful care that they provided.
The room and facilities were very clean and comfortable.
I can highly recommend Renacres Hospital without any reservations.
